SMS / Text Messaging Program
Purpose Contracting Asphalt (Morawski Paving LLC DBA Purpose Contracting Asphalt) operates an internal text-messaging program ("N.A.R.C." — Nagging Attendance / Automated Record Collector) used to communicate with our own employees for time tracking, attendance, scheduling, and job-site coordination. This is not consumer, marketing, or promotional messaging, and only our own employees are messaged.
Employees opt in by providing their mobile number and signing a written consent agreement during onboarding (published in full below), and must then reply "ACCEPT" or "OPTIN" to an initial confirmation text before any other message is sent. There is no public or consumer opt-in.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP to 414-300-8808 for help, or OPTOUT(or STOP) to 414-300-8808 to opt out at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share employees' mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

This is the exact written consent agreement every Purpose Contracting Asphalt employee reviews and signs at the time of hire before receiving any SMS text messages from the Company. It is published here in full for transparency and for carrier/reviewer verification of our opt-in process.
1. Purpose of This Agreement
Purpose Contracting Asphalt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS text messaging as part of normal daily operations to communicate with employees about time tracking, attendance, scheduling, job site coordination, and work-related records. This agreement documents your consent to receive these text messages at the mobile phone number you provide below.

3. What You Are Consenting To
By signing this agreement, you authorize Purpose Contracting Asphalt to send you SMS text messages at the mobile phone number listed above. Messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Daily clock-in and clock-out reminders and confirmations
- Attendance tracking, tardiness notices, and absence follow-up
- Job site assignments, addresses, and directions
- Schedule changes, weather-related delays, and cancellations
- Crew coordination and group communications during the workday
- Requests for job site photos, timesheets, or work status updates
- Payroll-related confirmations (hours worked, pay date reminders)
- Safety notices and urgent operational communications
- General employment communications from the Company
Text confirmation of enrollment: After this form is signed, you will receive an initial text message from 414-300-8808 introducing N.A.R.C. You must reply "ACCEPT" or "OPTIN" to that message to confirm your enrollment. You will not receive any operational text messages until you reply to confirm.
4. Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency will vary based on your role, the paving season, active job assignments, weather conditions, and daily operational needs. During the active paving season (typically May through October), messages may be daily and frequent. During the off-season, messages will be less frequent.
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Purpose Contracting Asphalt is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to sending or receiving these messages. If you have a limited text or data plan, you are responsible for understanding your own costs.
5. How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by texting the word OPTOUT(or STOP) to 414-300-8808, or by notifying the office manager in writing. After opt-out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from the Company at the number provided.
Important note about opting out: Because SMS text messaging is the Company's primary method of communicating time, attendance, scheduling, and job site information, opting out may affect your ability to receive daily work assignments, schedule changes, and payroll-related updates. If you opt out, you agree to make alternative arrangements with the office (phone call, email, or in-person check-in) to receive the same operational information. Opting out does not affect your employment status.

7. Privacy and Data Handling
Your mobile phone number and the content of SMS messages are used solely for internal Purpose Contracting Asphalt business operations. Employee phone numbers are never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used outside of this business entity, except as required by law (for example, in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful government request), or as necessary to operate the SMS service through our wireless carrier and messaging platform providers.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Consent Is Not a Condition of Continued Employment
You may decline to provide SMS consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting your employment status. However, because SMS is the Company's primary daily communication method, you agree that if you do not consent — or if you later opt out — you will coordinate directly with the office to receive equivalent information through phone calls, email, or in-person communication, at times that do not disrupt normal Company operations.
9. Accuracy of Phone Number
You represent that the mobile phone number you provided above is your own, that you are the primary user and account holder for that number, and that you have the authority to consent to receive text messages at that number. If your phone number changes, you agree to notify the office within three (3) business days so that Company records can be updated.
10. Active Messaging Hours
SMS text messages from Purpose Contracting Asphalt will be sent only during the following window: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
No routine SMS messages will be sent outside of these hours. Exceptions may occur only for genuine emergencies (such as job site safety incidents, urgent weather-related cancellations for the following morning, or last-minute schedule changes that cannot wait until the next business day). Weekends and holidays will not receive routine SMS communications.
