From time to time we may publish anonymized, aggregated information about site usage. That information does not identify you.
If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by phone or text message about your inquiry, your estimate, or an active project. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying to any message or by calling our office.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information at any time. We contractually prohibit our contractors, affiliates, vendors, and suppliers from disclosing any personal information received from us other than in accordance with this policy.
Information you submit through a form on the Sites is delivered to our company email account, which is monitored by our office staff, and is retained by our website platform. It is not published on the Sites and is not shared with anyone outside our company except as described below.
We share information with authorized service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting and form processing, email delivery, analytics, and customer records. Where a project requires it, we may share your name, property address, and project details with subcontractors, material suppliers, or equipment providers working on your job. We share only what is necessary to perform the work.
We may disclose your information when we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud, or other wrongdoing; to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, our employees, or others; to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; to enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements; in response to a subpoena, court order, or government request; to establish or exercise our legal rights; or to defend against legal claims. We neither own nor control third-party websites reachable from the Sites, so this policy does not apply to information those parties collect. Before visiting a third-party site, review its privacy policy.
The Sites contain links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. These are outbound links only. Clicking one redirects you to that platform, at which point that platform privacy policy governs. We do not embed active social media plugins or widgets that transmit data to social networks when you load our pages, and we do not offer social login or account linking.
We keep estimate requests, project records, contracts, and warranty correspondence for as long as needed to perform the work, honor any warranty, and meet our legal, insurance, tax, and lien law obligations. Employment applications are retained for a reasonable period for consideration of current and future openings. Subscription information is kept until you unsubscribe.
We take the security of your personal information seriously and use reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures to protect it from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse. Even the best security measures cannot eliminate all risk, and we cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third-party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.
The Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) protects the online privacy of children under 13. The Sites are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under 13. Any person who submits information through the Sites represents that they are 13 or older, and our Terms of Use require users to be 18 or older to submit a form. If we learn that information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 who has submitted information to us, please contact us using the information below.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature you can activate to signal that you do not want your online browsing activity monitored. Because there is not yet a common standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Sites do not currently respond to them.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and the date of the new version will be stated at the top. Unless stated otherwise, the current policy applies to all personal information we hold about you. Please check this page periodically for updates.
